Note that Heber (Father of the Hebrews) is the direct descendant of Sem (Semitic) through Arphaxad (means NOT of Chaldea - Chaldea is Nimrud's Osiria-Mesopotamia) through Cainan (Canaan) through Cainan's offspring Sale. Not a Jew in sight, all Canaanite Palestinian Hebrews. As to Jesus being of the "Jews," only the tribe of Judah as a descent from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judas (tribe of Judah) is meant. See Luke Chapter 3 and Matthew Chapter 1 - see bottom for both. The actual Israelites, and especially those who Jesus was descended through, are as Semitic and Canaanite and Hebrew as the Palestinians are today, for those Palestinians are exactly descended from the SAME people as Jesus was. None of the Osiria-Mesopotamian and None of the Idumean and Baylonian inbred genealogy of the Haburah and Pharisaic Rabbinic background belongs to Christ. In so far as the Judaist claims by any of the impostor Hebrews through the centuries are concerned none of the Haburah-Naasseni-Essene-Pharisees and none of the Persian and None of the Sephardic and Most Especially NONE of the Khazar pretend Jews are in fact Hebrews. The last descendants of the SAME people from Adam to Christ in Jesus Christ's lineage are the Palestinians of today. No one else. UNLIKE the racist Talmudic Illuminist Judaists, Jesus Christ, 'Isa al Maseeh, the Messiah, offers His salvation to all. His salvation is real. The Judaists and their false messiah are damned.

In the descent of the Messiah, Who is Only Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Masoretic text - a contrivance by the Rabbinic Jews from first century A.D. completed by 900 A.D. to alter the meaning of the Bible, Cainan or Canaan is left out totally on purpose in Genesis Chapter 11. The meaning and reason is this. The intent and and purpose of God was always from the beginning and at the promise to Adam of the Redeemer to have the Messiah, Who is Only Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to appear in the Holy Land, which is Canaan - Palestine. The original Canaanites, from whom today's Palestinians are descended were in the direct descent of the Messiah. The reason they were there is because God intended and in fact did take flesh of them in order to Redeem mankind. The ever jealous and blasphemous Pharisaic Jews took that out in the Masoretic text, but they could not touch it in the Septuagint nor in the New Testament texts. The reason the Rabbis took it out was to substitute themselves and their false messiah who is actually the Antichrist, Dajjal, in the place of Our Only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 34. The Antichrist will be a Jew.

Many pastors embrace and teach Satan's lie that the Antichrist will be a Gentile, or that there will be no literal man indwelt by Satan identified as the Antichrist.

Speaking of the coming Antichrist in Daniel 11:37, God says, "He will show no regard for the God of his fathers [the Jewish Patriarchs]."The Young's Literal Translation, the NKJV, and others, and the margin in the NASB render the passage "God" not "gods" as some translations do. The coming Antichrist will be a Jew.

The Jews would NEVER receive a Gentile as their Messiah, just as they did not receive the true, Jewish Messiah. It is ludicrous to think that the Antichrist will be a Gentile raised up from the so-called revived Roman empire.

"He [Jesus] came unto His own [the Jews], and His own received Him not" (Jn. 1:11).

Jesus, a Jew warned, "I [a Jew] have come in My Father's name, and you [Jews] do not receive Me; if another [Jew] comes in his own name, you will receive him" (John 5:43).

Jesus also warned, "Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the [Antichrist], for the number is that of a man; and his number is 666" (Rev. 13:18).

"Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist---he denies the Father and the Son" (1 Jn. 2:22). All Jews who are not born again deny that Jesus is the Christ, therefore, they are antichrists. (Of course, this is also true of Gentiles who deny that Jesus is the Christ.)

All Jews who are not born again do not honor Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him" (Jn. 5:23).

All Jews who are not born again are not worshipping God the Father, no matter how "religious" they are. Born-again Christians are the only ones on the entire planet who worship and honor the one and only true God. All others worship a figment of their imagination. "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth" (Jn. 4:24).

Satan entered Judas, a Jew, before he betrayed Jesus (Lk. 22:3). Judas was a liar, deceiver, lover of money, hypocrite, and a type of Antichrist.

Satan will enter the Antichrist at or near the beginning of the Great Tribulation, giving him all his power (Rev. 13:2). Jerusalem will become spiritually like Sodom in the last days (Rev. 11:8).

The Jewish Prayer-book says, "At the end of days he will send our anointed, to deliver those who wait for the final deliverance." He will be a Jew because the Jews would not accept a Gentile as their Messiah. This man, instead of being anointed by God, will be empowered by the father of lies, Satan.

2:2 Saying: Where is he that is born king of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the East, and are come to adore him.
2:3 And king Herod hearing this, was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
2:4 And assembling together all the chief priests and the scribes of the people, he inquired of them where Christ should be born.
2:5 But they said to him: In Bethlehem of Juda. For so it is written by the prophet:
2:6 And thou Bethlehem the land of Juda art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come forth the captain that shall rule my people Israel.
2:7 Then Herod, privately calling the wise men learned diligently of them the time of the star which appeared to them;
2:8 And sending them into Bethlehem, said: Go and diligently inquire after the child, and when you have found him, bring me word again, that I also may come and adore him.

2:13 And after they were departed, behold an angel of the Lord appeared in sleep to Joseph, saying: Arise, and take the child and his mother, and fly into Egypt: and be there until I shall tell hee. For it will come to pass that Herod will seek the child to destroy him.
2:14 Who arose, and took the child and his mother by night, and retired into Egypt: and he was there until the death of Herod:
2:15 That it might be fulfilled which the Lord spoke by the prophet, saying: Out of Egypt have I called my son.
2:16 Then Herod perceiving that he was deluded by the wise men, was exceeding angry: and sending killed all the menchildren that were in Bethlehem, and in all the borders thereof, from wo years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.
2:17 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremias the prophet, saying:
2:18 A voice in Rama was heard, lamentation and great mourning; Rachel bewailing her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.
2:19 But when Herod was dead, behold an angel of the Lord appeared in sleep to Joseph in Egypt,
2:20 Saying: Arise, and take the child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel. For they are dead that sought the life of the child.
2:21 Who arose, and took the child and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
2:22 But hearing that Archclaus reigned in Judea in the room of Herod his father, he was afraid to go thither: and being warned in sleep retired into the quarters of Galilee.
2:23 And coming he dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was said by the prophets: That he shall be called a Nazarene.

OUR Divine Redeemer was persecuted by the world as soon as he made his appearance in it; for he was no sooner born than it declared war against him. We cannot expect to be better treated than our great Master was before us. He himself bids us remember that if it hated him first, it will likewise hate us, though we have more reason to fear its flatteries and smiles than its rage. The first make a much more dangerous and more violent assault upon our hearts. Herod, in persecuting Christ, was an emblem of Satan and of the world. That ambitious and jealous prince had already sacrificed to his fears and suspicions the most illustrious part of his council, his virtuous wife Mariamne, with her mother Alexandra, the two sons he had by her, and the heirs to his crown, and all his best friends. Hearing from the magians who were come from distant countries to find and adore Christ, that the Messias, or spiritual king of the Jews, foretold by the prophets, was born among them, he trembled lest he was come to take his temporal kingdom from him. So far are the thoughts of carnal and worldly men from the ways of God; and so strangely do violent passions blind and alarm them. The tyrant was disturbed beyond measure, and resolved to take away the life of this child, as if he could have defeated the decrees of heaven. He had recourse to his usual arts of policy and dissimulation, and hoped to receive intelligence of the child by feigning a desire himself to adore him; but God laughed at the folly of his short-sighted prudence, and admonished the magians not to return to him. St. Joseph was likewise ordered by an angel to take the child and his mother, and to fly into Egypt. Is our Blessed Redeemer, the Lord of the universe, to be banished as soon as born! What did not he suffer! What did not his pious parents suffer on his account in so tedious and long a journey, and during a long abode in Egypt, where they were entirely strangers, and destitute of all succour under the hardships of extreme poverty! It is an ancient tradition of the Greeks mentioned by Sozomen, 1 St. Athanasius, 2 and others, that at his entrance into Egypt all the idols of that kingdom fell to the ground, which literally verified the prediction of the prophet Isaiah. 3 Mary and Joseph were not informed by the angel how long their exile would be continued; by which we are taught to leave all to divine providence, acquiescing with confidence and simplicity in the adorable and ever holy will of Him who disposes all things in infinite goodness, sanctity, and wisdom.

Herod, finding that he had been deluded by the magians, was transported with rage and anxious fears. To execute his scheme of killing the Messias, the desired of all nations and the expectation of Israel, he formed the bloody resolution of murdering all the male children in Bethlehem and the neighbouring territory which were not above two years of age. In this example we admire how blind and how furious the passion of ambition is. Soldiers are forthwith sent to execute these cruel orders, who, on a sudden, surrounded the town of Bethlehem, and massacred all the male children in that and the adjacent towns and villages, who had been born in the two last years. This more than brutish barbarity, which would almost have surpassed belief, had not Herod been the contriver, and ambition the incentive, was accompanied with such shrieks of mothers and children, that St. Matthew applies to it a prophecy of Jeremiah, which may be understood in part to relate more immediately to the Babylonish captivity, but which certainly received the most eminent completion at this time. A voice in Rama was heard, lamentation and great mourning: Rachel bewailing her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not. Rama is a village not far from this town, and the sepulchre of Rachel was in a field belonging to it. The slaughter also was probably extended into the neighbouring tribe of Benjamin, which descended from Rachel. The Ethiopians in their liturgy, and the Greeks in their calendar, count fourteen thousand children massacred on this occasion; but that number exceeds all bounds, nor is it confirmed by any authority of weight. Innocent victims became the spotless Lamb of God; and how great a happiness was such a death to these glorious martyrs! They deserved to die for Christ, though they were not yet able to know or invoke his name. They were the flowers and the first fruits of his martyrs, and triumphed over the world, without having ever known it, or experienced its dangers. They just received the benefit of life, to make a sacrifice of it to God, and to purchase by it eternal life. Almost at the same time they began to live and to die; they received the fresh air of this mortal life forthwith to pass to immortality; and it was their peculiar glory not only to die for the sake of Christ, and for justice and virtue, but also in the place of Christ, or in his stead. How few perhaps of these children, if they had lived, would have escaped the dangers of the world, which, by its maxims and example, bear everything down before it like an impetuous torrent! What snares, what sins, what miseries were they preserved from by this grace! With what songs of praise and love do they not to all eternity thank their Saviour, and this his infinite mercy to them! Their ignorant foolish mothers did not know this, and therefore they wept without comfort. So we often lament as misfortunes many accidents which in the designs of heaven are the greatest mercies.

In Herod we see how blind and how cruel ambition is, which is ready to sacrifice every thing, even Jesus Christ, to its views. The tyrant lived not many days longer to enjoy the kingdom which he feared so much to lose. 4 About the time of our Lord’s nativity he fell sick, and as his distemper sensibly increased, despair and remorse followed him, and made him insupportable both to himself and others. The innumerable crimes which he had committed were the tortures of his mind, whilst a slow imposthume, inch by inch, gnawed and consumed his bowels, feeding principally upon one of the great guts, though it extended itself over all the rest, and, corroding the flesh, made a breach in the lower belly, and became a sordid ulcer, out of which worms issued in swarms, and lice were also bred in his flesh. A fever violently burnt him within, though outwardly it was scarcely perceptible; and he was tormented with a canine appetite, which no victuals could satisfy. Such an offensive smell exhaled from his body, as shocked his best friends; and uncommon twitchings and vellications upon the fibrous and membraneous parts of his body, like sharp razors, cut and wounded him within; and the pain thence arising overpowered him, at length, with cold sweats, tremblings, and convulsions. Antipater in his dungeon, hearing in what a lamentable condition Herod lay, strongly solicited his jailer to set him at liberty, hoping to obtain the crown; but the officer acquainted Herod with the whole affair. The tyrant groaning under the complication of his own distempers, upon this information, vented his spleen by raving and beating his own head, and calling one of his guards, commanded him to go that instant and cut off Antipater’s head. Not content with causing many to be put to barbarous deaths during the course of his malady, he commanded the Jews that were of the principal rank and quality to be shut up in a circus at Jericho, and gave orders to his sister Salome and her husband Alexas to have them all massacred as soon as he should have expired, saying, that as the Jews heartily hated him, they would rejoice at his departure; but he would make a general mourning of the whole nation at his death. 5 This circumstance is at least related by the Jewish historian Josephus. Herod died five days after he had put his son Antipater to death. Macrobius, a heathen writer of the fifth century, relates, 6 that Augustus, “when he heard that, among the children which Herod had commanded to be slain under two years old, his own son had been massacred, said: ‘It is better to be Herod’s hog than his son.’” By this he alluded to the Jewish law of not eating, and consequently not killing swine. Probably the historian imagined the son to have been slain amongst the children, because the news of both massacres reached Rome about the same time.

Parents, pastors, and tutors are bound to make it their principal care, that children, in their innocent age, be by piety and charity consecrated as pure holocausts to God. This is chiefly to be done by imprinting upon their minds the strongest sentiments of devotion, and by instructing them thoroughly in their catechism. We cannot entertain too high an idea of the merit and obligation of teaching God’s little ones to know him, and the great and necessary truths which he has revealed to us. Without knowing him no one can love him, or acquit himself of the most indispensable duties which he owes to his Creator. Children must be instructed in prayer and the principal articles of faith as soon as they attain to the use of reason, that they may be able to give him his first fruits by faith, hope, and love, as by the law of reason and religion they are bound to do. The understanding of little children is very weak, and is able only to discover small glimpses of light. Great art, experience, and earnestness are often required to manage and gradually increase these small rays, and to place therein whatever one would have the children comprehend. The lessons must be very short, and the truths which are taught made sensible when possible, by examples, images, and comparisons, adapted to the capacities of those that are to be instructed. The catechist, without demeaning himself, must become a little one with those that are little. This he must do with suitable gravity and seriousness; and it is only by his own earnestness and application that he can make them attentive and earnest. Were he at the same time to joke, or attend to, or be employed in any other thing, he would in vain recommend seriousness and attention to those that hear him. O how great ought to be the zeal of children and others to attend to that saving doctrine, without which man is a riddle to himself, and no one can attain to salvation and the love of God! That sublime science which the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, came from heaven 7 to declare to us. The queen of the South came from the bounds of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon: behold more than Solomon is here? 8 When the Athenians had forbidden any citizen of Megara to set foot in Athens under pain of death, one Euclides, an inhabitant of Megara, went disguised many miles in the night to assist at the lectures of Socrates the next morning, and returned the night following; and this he continued to do a long time with the hazard of his life. 9 If such was the earnestness of this heathen to learn a profane philosophy, with what zeal ought a Christian to study the true and sublime science of faith, which leads to eternal life! The most ardent desire of this instruction is the surest mark of true virtue, and of that vehement hunger and thirst of God’s just and holy love, which is the very soul of sincere piety. The solicitude and diligence of parents and pastors to instruct others in this sacred science, ought not to lessen; neither must any one regard the function as mean or contemptible. It is the very foundation of the Christian religion. By this function the seeds of piety and religion are planted in the hearts of the faithful, which produce their fruit according to the manner in which they are received. A good catechist contributes more towards maintaining public peace, than all the laws and magistrates; as inferior ties of duty are far more binding than coercive force. Hence Pope Paul III. in a bull in which he recommends this employment, declares that “nothing is more fruitful or more profitable for the salvation of souls.” No pastoral function is more indispensable, none more beneficial, and generally none more meritorious; we may add, or more sublime. For under a meaner exterior appearance, without pomp, ostentation, or show of learning or abilities, it joins the exercise of humility with the most zealous and most profitable function of the pastoral charge. Being painful and laborious, it is, moreover, an exercise of patience and penance. Neither can any one think it beneath his parts or dignity. The great St. Austin, St. Chrysostom, St. Cyril, and other most learned doctors, popes, and bishops, applied themselves with singular zeal and assiduity to this duty of catechising children and all ignorant persons; this they thought a high branch of their duty, and the most useful and glorious employment of their learning and talents. What did the apostles travel over the world to do else? St. Paul said: I am a debtor to the wise and to the unwise. 10 We became little ones in the midst of you, as if a nurse would cherish her children; so desirous of you, that we would gladly have imparted to you not only the gospel of God, but even our own souls. 11 Our Divine Lord himself made this the principal employment of his ministry. The spirit of the Lord is upon me: he hath sent me to preach the gospel to the poor. 12 He declared the pleasure he found in assisting that innocent age, when he said: Suffer little children to come unto me, for the kingdom of God is for such. And embracing them, and laying his hands upon them he blessed them. 13John Gerson, the most pious and celebrated chancellor of Paris, esteemed an oracle for his learning, testified his zeal for this sacred function by his book entitled, On drawing Little Ones to Christ. All his life he employed a considerable part of his time in teaching little children their catechism. Upon his return from the general council of Constance, he retired to the city of Lyons, where he every day assembled the children in St. Paul’s church, and taught them the Christian doctrine, till he was confined to his bed by his last illness. When he drew near his death, he caused all the little children to be called together into the church, and there to repeat with one voice: “My God, my Creator, have mercy on thy poor servant, John Gerson.” 14

The Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ is for all men

All Men Are Created In the Image And Likeness Of God.

26 ¶ And he said: Let us make man to our image and likeness: and let him have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and the beasts, and the whole earth, and every creeping creature that moveth upon the earth. (DRV)

This is a core Catholic belief. It is self evident to all people with a conscience. It also explains something quite opposite to it.

When Adam sinned it took place because of the envy of the devil.

12 Wherefore as by one man sin entered into this world and by sin death: and so death passed upon all men, in whom all have sinned. (DRV)

Wisdom 2:
23 For God created man incorruptible, and to the image of his own likeness he made him. 24 But by the envy of the devil, death came into the world: 25 And they follow him that are of his side. (DRV)

What was the devil's temptation? It was this:

1 ¶ Now the serpent was more subtle than any of the beasts of the earth which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman: Why hath God commanded you, that you should not eat of every tree of paradise?
2 And the woman answered him, saying: Of the fruit of the trees that are in paradise we do eat:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of paradise, God hath commanded us that we should not eat; and that we should not touch it, lest perhaps we die.
4 And the serpent said to the woman: No, you shall not die the death.
5 For God doth know that in what day soever you shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened: and you shall be as Gods, knowing good and evil.
6 ¶ And the woman saw that the tree was good to eat, and fair to the eyes, and delightful to behold: and she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave to her husband, who did eat.

and you shall be as Gods

They chose to be their own gods. This is the base of racism. For if one were one's own god in one's own image and likeness, then one would be the founder of a race of gods who would look the same as oneself and be connected by bloodline, and one would consider oneself better than others.

But the Apostles, basing themselves on the teaching of Jesus Christ, taught that all men are equal in their creation by and in the sight of God.

Acts:17:26, 27:
26 And hath made of one, all mankind, to dwell upon the whole face of the earth, determining appointed times and the limits of their habitation.
27 That they should seek God, if haply they may feel after him or find him, although he be not far from every one of us. (DRV)

Therefore racism is of the devil and to be absolutely condemned.

The Catholic Faith calls all men to come to salvation in Jesus Christ. The Catholic Faith also calls in the Name of Christ the King of all Nations for equal justice here on earth for all men.

Christ Jesus alone is able to Redeem fallen man - ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE. See Kenosis and kenosis and Kenosis.

This example shows the basis of Mahavairochana (Dainichinyorai), the whole base of all the esoteric-exoteric Buddhist worship of the dragon, Satan.

One example of the Star of Chiun - Remphan, as it reappeared in the far east, (Indo-China, Tibet, Nepal, China, Korea, Japan) as the Lotus (symbol of pagan reincarnation and worship of the Great White Dragon in the Abyss [from Sanskrit] - Satan) inside the four corners of the cosmos and inside the Lotus is a version of the ancient Egyptian six triangles. Simpler version of the above Tantric symbol in the East (India) from the ancient Assryo-Egyptian: Remphan, Chiun. Amos 5:26-27, "ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god which ye made to yourselves." See: Acts 7:42-43 This is the Egyptian starred or Sun-ray symbol of the land of the spirits and Amun-Ra, Osiris-Satan. The starred or rayed pattern is six (as in Magen star of Remphan of the modern abomination called falsely Israel) and this becomes eight and then twelve and sixteen rays. Both the six and eight rays were predominantly present in both ancient Egypt and the Indus in exactly this application and meaning from the earliest ancient times. The Lotus is a symbol of Satan in both Egypt and the Indus and Asia. Absolutely and completely contrary to that, the Crocus is a symbol of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Buddha is in hell with his master, the devil

Lk:4:5 "And the devil led him into a high mountain and shewed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time."

Jesus absolutely rejected this. Instead, to accept this false vision given by the devil as an indwelling of the divine, is exactly the same as the Buddhist teaching on attaining enlightenment in a moment of time encompassing past, present and future as Gotama was supposed to have done under the Banyan tree (the mahabodhi tree).

Our Only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ totally rejected this temptation, and so must we. Notice what He said in Lk:4:8 "And Jesus answering said to him. It is written: Thou shalt adore the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve." It is not enough to declaim power and wealth, in fact if they are from God there is no reason to, quite the opposite. The fact is that when the devil offers them it is a lie, and to accept or reject them in one's own name, as did the Buddha, is idolatry and sinful. Jesus showed us that the only correct answer is to tell the devil that these things are God's and do not belong to the devil and we will have nothing to do with the devil. The so-called Buddha is an example of those who embrace the temptation of the devil as leading, whether in an ascetical manner or not, to truth, which it won't and therefore they, like the Buddha go to hell.

WASHINGTON(February 10, 2005)—The third meeting of the Northern California Zen/Ch’an-Catholic Dialogue took place at San Francisco Zen Center from Thursday January 20 to Sunday January 23, 2005. Set in a framework of meditative stillness and liturgical prayer, the dialogue engaged the theme of “Practice: Means towards Transformation.” Co-conveners this year were Bishop John C. Wester, auxiliary bishop of San Francisco, and Abbot Paul Haller of Zen Center.

The opening presentation was an experience of “sacred reading” (lectio divina) from the Christian monastic tradition, using the great christological hymn in Ephesians 1: 3-14, allowing each participant to encounter the words, allowing the meaning to arise in silence.

Jan Chozen Bays Roshi and Fr. Francis Tiso of the USCCB Secretariat of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairsstood in for Sr.Mary Ann Donovan, who was ill, for the first session on the meaning of transformation in Christ. Sr. Donovan’s paper used Scripture and the biography of St. Anthony of Egypt by St. Athanasius. Discussion explored the meaning of transformation in several periods of Church history and compared the views of Zen and Ch’an on inherent Buddha nature
. The determining role of Christ and the Buddha in shaping understanding and experience of transformation was examined in the light of contemplative and pastoral experience. Whether practice actually changes persons, or whether it is a matter of uncovering inherent goodness, or a liberation brought about by divine grace, was examined in depth.

The third presentation took up the controversial question of dual practice: Christians undergoing Zen training and Buddhists continuing to adhere in various ways to the Christian or Jewish practices into which they may have been born. Fr. James Fredericks examined the testimony of a number of Catholics grounded in the Ignatian spiritual tradition who have pursued Zen training. Respondents noted that there is religious content to Buddhist meditation practice and that one cannot easily segregate “just sitting” from the philosophical “view” within which sitting is fruitful in Buddhist practice. However, numerous instances of dual practice have been seen to give rise to exemplary lives among mature Christians and Buddhists, suggesting a “hidden wholeness” that is nurtured by such practice. Rev. Zenkei Blanche Hartman, Rev. Heng Shur and Chozen Jan Bays led an exploration of the culture and meaning of the practice of chanting the Heart Sutra. This practice embodies the unity of emptiness and compassion that characterizes the Mahayana philosophical viewpoint and the ideal of the Bodhisattva. Musical settings include ancient Chinese chant, contemporary East Asian pop music, and even Anglican plainchant.

Rev. Myo Denis Lahey explored the problematic dimensions of dual practice and the presence of the “other” in Christian and Buddhist spirituality. Discussion ranged over the sense of “belonging” in religious life and the sense of being guided by circumstances that are perfectly suited to growth and change.

Rev. Taigen Dan Leighton based his presentation on the insight of Dogen Zenji that “
all space becomes charged with the Buddha’s enlightenment and each meditator can renew the quality of change” across the arc of time. The meditator is within the world-system and can take on the role of a protector, responsible for caring for the world. This is the basis for Buddhist social engagement. Fr. Robert Hale developed a response showing how the prophetic social critique of the Hebrew tradition takes on a new form in the universal mission of the Cosmic Christ. Discussion examined the risks of social engagement and co-optation, purity of motivation, and the limits of institutional bases for action. General discussion explored the use of a variety of metaphors, such as “a diamond with many facets,” to describe engagement as persons committed to spiritual practice with a world of contradictory voices.

One sign of authentic spiritual transformation was recognized in the ability to abide in and hold perplexity and opposition: contradictions can lead to a deeper awareness of self and others in relationship.

A public event at the Zen Center on Saturday evening allowed a variety of spiritual seekers to engage the dialogue experience. Questions having the character of shared spiritual guidance gave solidity to the sense of unity and trust that the dialogue participants had been experiencing.

The final discussion explored the challenges of karma, grace, free will, effort, and the spiritual teacher in the transformative process. The meditator is faithful to the effort, but unattached to the outcome. And any circumstance may embody the “spiritual teacher”.

The Cosmic Christ – Cosmocrator and the fruits of that bad tree:

Note in the sixth paragraph from the top in the text that Jesus Christ is not referred to but instead the “Cosmic Christ”. This is no other than the most blasphemous gnostic heresy of the Cosmocrator – Satan as Christ. – “Fr. This is directly from the Satan worshipping Naaseni (Hebrew Gnostic) and Ophites (Gentile Gnostic) among the Gnostic heretics refuted by St. Irenaeus and St. Hippolytus and other of the Church Fathers who also noted the connection of the Naaseni/Ophites and other gnostics to the far east gymnosophists i. e. Buddhists of India.

Note: pundarika in Sanskrit (the above English and Greek are direct transliterations letter for letter from the Sanskrit) is literally “the great white dragon in the abyss” which is the core and basis of the whole esoteric tradition, priesthood, and the dainichi nyorai (the head of the diabolic trinity of the dragon in Buddhism). The dainichi nyorai is also the exact very basis for their magic/sorcery with it’s six elements they manipulate. Elements here are exactly the stoichea in Col. 2:8.

Originally there were in ancient religion four elements (fire spirit water earth) with spirit deleted by the pagans and air and then also and/or aether inserted. These were variously identified with the visible planets and gods/goddesses of the pagans. The order was also rearranged variously and finally a sixth element was added: universal mind (just as the heretical interpretation of Jesus Christ as the impersonal word of God, instead of enhypostasia which is correct that Jesus Christ is the Person-al Son and Word of God incarnate). Finally language was seen as the mystical means of connecting with the powers of the gods/goddesses (actually Satan and the other fallen angels and the demons [demons are, according to the Church Fathers, the non-human souls of the pre-flood nephilim]), and with that alpha-numeric theosophies, namely Hebrew Gematria (Greek and Roman variations are Isopsephia) were especially used. These connections were for the sorcery/magic astrological control over the elements (Greek – stoichea) and even other men. Trigrams, pentagrams, hexagrams et al were symbols used in conjunction with this.

Gnosticism is Paganism -- both are outside of salvation

For instance the Gnostics, according to the Church Fathers, copied much of their doctrine from Platonism, Graeco-Egyptian paganism and far eastern religiosity and claimed, totally falsely, that this is what Jesus taught. The Gnostic doctrines are obvious in this plagiarizing of paganism and denial of the true Jesus Christ. In the East the Buddhist teaching of how Sakyamuni (Gotama), the Buddha, obtained his “enlightenment” is obviously diabolic and has a great deal in common with Graeco-Egyptian mysticism in the west; especially this is extremely similar to Simon Magus’ portrayal of himself entwined with snakes in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil as a man-god to be sought after as the ultimate teacher of true knowledge. The prime example: The Dragon Flower Tree (the banyan or pipal [fig] tree) from which the great white serpent from the abyss (the devil) granted Gotama (the Buddha) his “enlightenment” which consisted of his denying the I AM and being his own saviour. Otherwise known as the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which in classical and traditional Catholic teaching is the first type of the devil. Gn:2:17: 17 But of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat. For in what day soever thou shalt eat of it, thou shalt die the death. (DRV)

There has been a recent upsurge in the blasphemous syncretism especially of the kind of Simon Magus and the other ancient gnostics. Instead of an Apostolic confession of faith in certain Catholic and Orthodox circles, among others, an evolutionary naturalism claiming that the Christian faith is an evolutionary step in religious developement is being proposed. This is A LIE. An example is that the gods and goddesses of Egypt could somehow be "types" of the true God and His Christ and the blessed virgin Mary. This is apostasy. the book of Wisdom makes that plain:

Wisdom: 14:8 But the idol that is made by hands, is cursed, as well it, as he that made it: and it because being frail it is called a god.

This modern idea, advanced first by the ancient gnostics, that the true God and the false gods could be the same is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. This isn't Catholic or Orthodox. It is Vatican II Romanism and Synthetic Orthodox Gnostic Church, where Orthodox is really heterodox and Romanism is simply a total reversal to willful pagan rejection of Christ and salvation.

Instead come to Jesus Christ Who said:
